Because pets can't sit still for a deep clean, veterinary dental care requires general anesthesia. Your pet will spend the day with us. We start with a physical examination to confirm your pet is healthy enough for anesthesia, then our team administers it for the safety and comfort of your pet — and ours.

Once your pet is peacefully asleep, we remove tartar with a hand scaler, then use an ultrasonic scaler and curette to clean above and below the gum line. We finish by polishing the teeth, cleaning the gums, and rinsing with an antibacterial solution to slow future tartar build-up.
